Purposes

Answering your enquiry, scoping the task, preparing and agreeing a proposal, concluding and performing a contract, and analysing which channels bring enquiries.

Actions with the data

Collection, recording, organising, storage, use, transfer to the operator through the Telegram messenger to handle the enquiry, and deletion. Processing is automated.

Term and withdrawal

The consent lasts for the discussion and any contract. If no contract follows, the data is deleted within 12 months of the enquiry.

You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@closeflow.ru. After that the operator stops processing and deletes the data unless the law requires otherwise.

How consent is given

Consent is given freely, specifically and knowingly by ticking a separate box before the form is sent. The operator stores the fact of consent, its date, the version of this document and the enquiry id. Processing is described in more detail in the privacy notice.
