Who processes the data
The operator is Sole proprietor Kirill Mikhailovich Zalizky (INN 561109890059, OGRNIP 325470400019409; entry No. 78-26-215598 of 07.08.2026 in the Roskomnadzor register of personal-data operators), closeflow.ru. What we collect and why
The brief form asks for your name, a contact (Telegram, email or phone), a task description and, optionally, a budget. We use it only to answer your enquiry, scope the task and prepare a proposal.
With the brief we store technical visit details: page, language, source tags (utm) and the referring site. They tell us which channels bring enquiries. No cookies are used for this.
Anonymous funnel events (button click, form start and submit) are recorded without IP addresses or identifiers.
Storage and sharing
The brief is stored on the operator's server and forwarded to the operator on Telegram. Data is not sold or passed to third parties except where the law requires.
We keep it for the duration of the discussion and any contract. If no contract follows, the brief is deleted within 12 months; we also delete it if you withdraw consent.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent by writing to support@closeflow.ru. Consent is given separately, by ticking a box in the form; its text is published on the consent page.
