Backend, Integrations and AI for Agencies and Integrators

If you sell a website, an app or an automation to a client and the server side is beyond your team, Closeflow takes it on as a subcontractor. The client stays yours, and we work inside your process and repository.

  • subcontract · white-label
  • small team of 2–3 people
  • contract · NDA
  • your repository and process

02What we take on

The work we take on

  • Backend and APIs

The server side for a site, web app or mobile product: authentication, data, background processing.

  • Integrations

CRM, payments, marketplaces, messengers, Google Sheets: the work that usually runs into the limits of someone else’s API.

  • AI features

Chatbots, knowledge-base search, document processing and other LLM features embedded in the client’s product.

  • Rescuing and extending a project

Understand someone else’s backend, stabilise it and carry on with development.

  • Technical expertise on a project

Estimating time and risk, choosing the architecture, checking a solution before it goes into the quote.

03How we work

How the work is set up

  • The client stays yours

We do not approach the client directly or offer them our own services. Communication goes through you unless you decide otherwise.

  • Contract and NDA

We work under a contract with confidentiality terms. Rights to the result are set out in the contract.

  • In your repository and process

We use your Git, tracker, branching and code review. No parallel world that has to be migrated later.

  • Transparent status

You can see what is done, what is in progress and what blocks us. No surprises on delivery day.

  • Handoff

Documentation, deployment and readable code, so someone else can carry the system on.

04Team

A small team with no layers

Closeflow is a team of two or three people. You talk to the engineer who writes the code and makes the decisions, not to a manager relaying the task. That is also why we do not take everything on and keep the number of simultaneous projects limited.

Our public projects are the evidence of the approach: open repositories with code and tests are listed in the Open-source section.

05When it fits

When this makes sense

  • No in-house backend expertise

Your team is strong in design and frontend, and a complex backend should not land on a random developer.

  • You need delivery without hiring

The project is time-bound and hiring a full-time person for it makes no sense.

  • Integrations became the bottleneck

Every project runs into someone else’s API, limits and errors.

  • You need a second technical opinion

Check a proposed architecture before the project starts.

A project that needs reinforcing?

Describe the project, the agency’s role and what you need from us. We will say whether we take it on and how we would fit into your process.
